J-M Reed is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has been an agent in Buffalo for ten years. J-M has had a varied career, he has been a paramedic, started and ran his own real estate brokerage, is a practicing artist, and holds a master’s degree in architecture.
Through these varied experiences, J-M has a strong knowledge of the Western New York community and neighborhoods, the real estate market, and buildings. He has been intimately involved in Buffalo’s West Side revitalization, and has put together deals from single family home renovations, to the purchase and start-up of Urban Roots Cooperative Garden Center.
J-M lives with his wife and elderly dog in the Elmwood Village, where he has been restoring a classic Buffalo Victorian. J-M enjoys helping people find the right fit for them, and has listed and sold homes and buildings across the Western New York region. He also has extensive experience in working on complicated renovation sales and projects and 203k renovation loans.
